I had a good visit with the doc yesterday and am happy to report that I can start doing some dead hangs in the next week or two and start doing pull ups with some weight taken off. I am juiced for that shit, playing with rubber bands gets pretty old pretty quick and the same goes for free wieghts for that matter. I should be able to start climbing by Memorial Day, perhaps sooner if I really get after it and you know I will. It will still be another year or so before I am fully back but it's going to be nice to start doing something climbing related sooner then later!
HOLLA!

Good luck with it. Nothing is more frustrating than injury!

say the word and i'll top rope clean your vert face project for you to send.... and i'll take photos of it going down WITHOUT dropping skicks and stones down at you. DOUBLE BONUSES!
would you have any interest in an early morning session at ute pass on saturday march 1st? i think i need to get home sooner than i was originally planning so further souther or way north is not going to work at all. email me wit da response.
If you rehab really hard, you might turn into a Major League pitcher!!
Injuries suck. I tore a tendon in my right forearm two years ago. I didn't get back to climbing until late September. But you're supposed to look at the bright side. I got much better at mountain biking and did some really cool trips with that.
And I'll lie to you, it really, really sucked climbing at Golden today.
*SOCKHANDS= It's on liek donkey knog!
*Plexus= Hah, Rookie of the Year is a great movie and if I made a mlb players salary I could spend most of the off season climbing which would be cool wit me.
Glad to hear you are on the road to recovery!!!
Take it slow.
