Shoulder Update!!!!!!!
So I go t the results of my latest MRI back from the docter and it appears everythings all gravey, i.e no damage done to the shit he fixed. So what does this mean you ask. Well I am in for a couple months of pure hell aka PT and streching the likes of which few have seen. Today I go in for a Cortizone or is it Cortazone shot and hopefully it will speed up recovery a little bit and get me back on track for my return. In no related news Honerson and I were cruising around town Saturday and noticed some smoke clouds coming from a few blocks away, of course we decided to investigate further and what we found was one of the cooliest spectacles I have witnessed in a long time. We were 150ft from a full on structure fire with flames hitting about 25+/- feet. I was able to get some small 15 sec, videos o fthe event and if I can figure out how the hell to get them off my phone and uploaded to the intardweb I will post them for your veiwing pleasure. Yo man!It's been awhile, huh? I'm glad to hear the shoulder is doing well. We should hook up in spring. I'm taking some classes in March on shoulder mechanics and rehab that will totally blow that PT stuff out of the water and get you fast tracked to climbing for summer!

Jerad=What up? Juiced on those classes your talking about. I am all about anything and everything that can help me recover and prevent further damage. I presume you are goin to be a K-Lad's show/comp Friday night? If so I will Halla at ya then.
